Residents in Fort Utah enjoy activities like having barbecues, taking walks, crafting, gardening, and hiking. Since the neighborhood hosts a number of families, the average age of residents is middle-aged. This walkable Provo neighborhood is also known for being a safe place to live.

3. Grand View North – The Place to Go for Luxury Homes

Within Grand View North, homebuyers can discover many high-end, luxury homes. While luxury homes are the norm in this area, many of the properties were constructed in the 1950s and 1960s. Younger residents in this suburb in Provo can attend Westridge Elementary, Dixon Middle School, or Provo High School.

Grand View North is home to many different parks. Locals can check out the Lion’s Park, Rotary Park, and Grand View Park. There are also many paths and sidewalks within the neighborhood for walking and jogging.

4. Grand View South – A Peaceful Provo Community

As you may have guessed, Grand View South is located just to the south of Grand View North. With an average age of about 48 years old, this is a nice community for older families and seniors. If you are looking for nice neighborhoods in Provo known for their beauty, this is an excellent place to call home.

Within Grand View South, you can enjoy having peaceful streets and a safe community. The area is home to excellent schools, which is one of the reasons why the affluent community attracts so many families. Many residents are drawn to the community’s hiking options, walking paths, and green parks.

5. Lake View North – Home to Beautiful Parks

Residents in Lake View North can enjoy having plenty of neighborhood parks to visit with their loved ones. Two of the most popular parks in the area include Lakeview Park and Harbor Park. Lakeview Park is particularly popular among joggers and cyclists because of its many trails.

Commuters can enjoy living in a convenient location and easy access to major roads. Along the northeast side of the neighborhood, commuters can quickly reach East Veterans Memorial Highway.

6. Lake View South – A Comfortable Place to Call Home

The cozy Provo neighborhood of Lake View South is a comfortable, convenient place to call home. Residents can find local amenities like the Provo River Parkway, Mount Timpanogos, Provo Canyon, and Bridal Veil Falls. While you will need a car to get around this neighborhood, there are plenty of parks and trails in the surrounding area you can use if you want to get a workout in.

With its low crime rate, Lake View South is a safe area for people of all ages. It is also the site of top public schools like the Amelia Earhart School, Lakeview School, Dixon Middle School, and Provo High School.

7. Little Rock Canyon – A Young, Thriving Provo Community

Within Little Rock Canyon, residents will find a highly popular community. Because of its popularity, Little Rock Canyon has a population density of 5,291 people per square mile. While the rest of the neighborhoods in Provo have a population density of only 2,949 people per square mile.

Compared to many local Provo neighborhoods, Little Rock Canyon has a very young community. The average age of people in the community is 35 years old.

Within this neighborhood, a large number of people living there work in industries such as sales, office jobs, and education. Many people also work in the service industry. Because of its convenient location, some residents choose to commute to other neighborhoods as well.

8. River Bottoms – Top-Rated Schools

Found where University Avenue becomes Provo Canyon Road on the north side of the city, River Bottoms is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Provo. In this great community, locals enjoy beautiful views and gorgeous outdoor attractions such as the Mount Timpanogos Park.
